Ensuring data quality
Data must be of high quality in order to be networked. By using CYVED, these are linked together and the possibility arises to create a completely digital transparency from which our digital twin can be made.
Before data is allowed to pass through the core and thus through your digital twin, it must pass through three important steps, both when it is captured by an interface and when it is transferred to the outside in reverse order.
- During the transformation, the data are brought to the same data type so that they can be digitally processed with each other at all.
- Then the normalization takes place, in which the data are all brought on the same "denominator". For example, units, but also date notation and time shifts are taken into account.
- Finally, validation takes place, in which the quality of the data is checked.
For each of these three steps, you have full control over how they are performed for each interface. Furthermore, in the future, an AI algorithm will support you in making this configuration faster, so you don't lose track of it.

Ensure data security through global rights system
Due to the special implementation of the digital twin, it is able to change or create states of different objects. Every action of the twin can be monitored and controlled by the connected rights system. Thus, administrators are able to assign the respective users of the system much more, as the already known read and write permissions. Each function can be individually designed and assigned different rights. Thus, it is possible to determine exactly which users are allowed to see and execute which functions. Based on this, it is additionally possible to use the already known and common pattern of group rights. Various individual groups can be created in order to make several actions available to users at the same time and, if desired, to withdraw them again without much effort.

Prerequisite for determination
A digital path via which the system records the necessary core parameters of the OEE. The system automatically obtains any values and stores them in the database with precise time stamps. Thus, the overall plant effectiveness and its input parameters are available for evaluation and cross-referencing at any time. The structure of the storage in the database allows this data to be filtered in real time by time, effectiveness or input parameters. Pattern recognition, error patterns and predictive behavior can be performed in real time.
